Mr. Wallace has worked at Votaw for 33 years. Scott started in the Votaw Program office interfacing with key customers and coordinating large projects. Scott had the unique opportunity to be trained and guided by the key founders and leaders of Votaw including Walt Votaw, Chuck Watts and Norm Ward. As the years went along more responsibility was assigned to Scott until he was promoted to Vice President Sales and worked in that capacity for 15 years. In 2003 Scott was promoted to President of Votaw and built an extremely strong technical team to meet the extensive requirements of the Commercial and Aerospace Industries. This included fully implementing Model Base Definition and registering as ISO 900:2008 + AS9100 Company. His key focus is Building, developing and maintaining a team of highly respected and skilled workers which can exceed our customers’ expectations. “Mission Success Starts Here” is the Votaw Motto. Scott has a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University. He is married (35 years) and has 5 daughters and 9 grandchildren.
