Scott Wallace - President
Mr. Wallace has worked at Votaw for 22 years starting as a Program Accountant. Scott has fifteen years experience in large program management at Votaw. He was instrumental in creating a program office, which interfaces with the customer and assures contract requirements are met. Scott has a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University. Scott is responsible for all of the operations at Votaw. He is married and has five children.
Art Talavera - Manufacturing Manager
Mr. Talavera has 23 years of experience in the machining industry. He started as a Finish Polisher at Schwizer Metal Forming in Azusa, California. He then spent 4 years in the Navy where he was made a First Class Petty Officer, upon his discharge from the Navy, he went to work as a Millwright Apprentice, and General Machinist, at Monarch Machine in Whittier, Cal. He then worked as a toolmaker, Art has been with Votaw for 13 years and is presently the Manufacturing Manager. Art has had classes in NC Programming, Auto Cad Design, and many management seminars.
Michael N. Petriccione - Director, Sales, Estimating & Program Management
Mr. Petriccione joined Votaw in 2003 with 28 years of job shop experience. He started his 4 year Tool and Die Maker Apprenticeship in 1977 and became the NTMA Western Regional Champion when he graduated in 1981. As a Journeyman Toolmaker he has 14 years experience. He moved off of the shop floor and has held positions in Estimating, Program Management, Production Control, Sales Engineering, and Sales. He is currently Director of Sales, Estimating & Program Management. Mike is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
L. Wood Bullock - Controller
Mr. Bullock has been in management and financial positions for the past 15 years. His previous position was as controller with Willlard Marine, a prime contractor with the Navy and other government agencies. Mr. Bullock has a BS degree in Mathematics and a MBA degree from Brigham Young University.
Scott Merrell - QA Manager
Mr. Merrell has been in the aerospace industry for over 25 years, specializing in Quality Assurance. He has been with Votaw for over 10 years and he brings a diverse background in Die Forgings, Heat Treating, Welding, NDT, Tooling, Manned Flight Components and Quality System Management.
Mike Carlson - Program Manager
Mr. Carlson has been in the aerospace industry for over 25 years, specializing in Quality Assurance for his first 12 years and the balance in manufacturing. He has been with Votaw for over 10 years in the Program Management field. During his many years of experience, Mike has managed programs from design and build of specialized equipment to very large precision products. He has also managed tooling programs for the Boeing 787, 767, 747 and 737, Airbus A350 as well as Space Shuttle and Ares. Mike has been married for 28 years and has two boys, one works for Votaw as a highly skilled machinist.
William Bianco - Program Manager
Mr. Bianco has over 25 years experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry in the areas of Contracts and Pricing and Contracts / Program Management. Bill has a Professional Designation in Contracts Management from the University of California. During his many years of experience, Bill has managed programs for the design and build of specialized equipment including: Industrial V-Belt Presses, Titanium Forming Presses, Super Plastic Forming Presses and Stretch Forming Presses. He has also managed tooling programs for the Boeing 777, 767, 757, 747 and 737 in addition to the F-22, F18E/F and F-16 Programs.
